If you are not sure which one to pick, choose the 64-bit build. Use 32-bit only if your computer is very old or the 64-bit build does not start.
How to use it

Download the app
Press the "Download 64-bit" button below. The file is saved to your computer, usually in the Downloads folder.

Double-click to run it
Double-click the downloaded DentemDestek-64bit.exe file. No installation is needed — it opens straight away. If Windows shows a warning, choose "More info" → "Run anyway".

Send us the ID and password
The window shows "Your ID" (a 9-digit number) and a one-time password. Read both to our technician on the phone, or message them to our WhatsApp support line.

Close it when you are done
Close the window once the session ends. Nobody can connect to your computer while the app is closed.
Your security
- A session can only start after you open the app and give us the one-time password shown on screen.
- The password is regenerated every time the app opens; an old password cannot be reused.
- Closing the app ends the session immediately and leaves nothing running on your computer.
- Only download the app from dentem.com.tr. We will never direct you to another address on the phone.

Should I download 64-bit or 32-bit?
Almost every Windows 10 and Windows 11 machine is 64-bit — download the 64-bit build. Try the 32-bit build only if your computer is very old or the 64-bit build will not start. To check: Start → Settings → System → About, and look at "System type".
Do I have to install anything?
No. Just run the file. Nothing is installed on your computer and nothing keeps running in the background.
Windows says "unknown publisher" — is it safe?
Yes. That warning appears because the file was downloaded from the internet. Only ever download it from dentem.com.tr. Click "More info", then "Run anyway" to continue.
Can a technician connect without me knowing?
No. A session can only start after you open the app and give us the one-time password shown on screen. The password changes every time the app is opened, and the session ends when you close it.
Is there a Mac or mobile version?
Only the Windows build is published at the moment. If you use another operating system, please call our 24/7 service line.
